This group will meet online and consists serious of Seminars prepared by Nur. Those can be characteristics of international kitchens like Italian, French, Mexican, Chinese cuisines; drinks like coffee and tea- their origin, preparation methods, differences; fermented products; preservation methods of foods; healthy living etc. After the presentation we will all evaluate the day and share our experiences and knowledges. Duration will be about 1,5 hrs. There will be no fee but you will be expected to donate to IWCK using the link in the web page to help the people in need around us.
