Anastasia Sharipova is a craniosacral therapist. She is also a trained perinatal, baby-yoga, hatha and recovery systems yoga teacher and has been working for top yoga studios of Kyiv for many years. She will demonstrate some easy, relaxation exercises and meditation techniques. Have a mat, some gym clothes on if you plan to participate.
